Pepper N. Glenn, Esq.

Pepper Glenn is an immigration lawyer based in Atlanta, with a strong focus on family, marriage, and humanitarian immigration law. With her experience, she has successfully represented immigrants seeking U.S. Citizenship, Family and Marriage Green Cards, Fiancé Visas, Immigrant Visas through Consular Processing abroad, and more complex matters like special Immigration Waivers for individuals with complicated immigration pasts or criminal history.

Prior to founding Glenn Immigration LLC, she worked with a boutique immigration law firm located in Marietta, Georgia where she assisted clients with their immigration applications, helped them navigate the process, and represented them in their green card, U.S. citizenship, and asylum interviews. Ms. Glenn provides each client with the individual attention they need, ensuring they are informed and advised throughout the immigration process.

Ms. Glenn graduated with the highest honor of summa cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, GA, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia and U.S. District Court. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

As an experienced immigration attorney, Ms. Glenn has successfully represented clients in the Atlanta Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the USCIS Atlanta Field Office, and other USCIS Field Offices located outside of Georgia. She is dedicated to advising clients on the right immigration path, assisting them forward on that path, and successfully completing the Immigration Journey with them and their families.
